Just wanted to drop a quick note of how impressed I was with your service, and the ability of your technicians.  It was an oddball problem with that kick down switch, and the experience of your technicians really was amazing for them to track it down and fix it UNDER the time you quoted.  That just does not happen very often at ANY repair shop, and especially not at a luxury repair center.  I was just amazed at the service and professionalism shown by you and your staff.  I was always told what was going on, and what the plans were, and in the end you did exactly what you said. 

By the way the car runs beautifully, smoother than it ever has in the 2 years I have owned it.  Also what product do you guys use to shine?  It looks amazing!  The waxing I do never looks that good.

Kudos to you and a team that really knows what they are doing.  Like I said I contacted Fields Jaguar as well, and all it took was one conversation with a service tech there who told me I ruined the coating in the throttle body (which does not have a coating on my year of car) and that a whole new throttle body would have to be installed.  This diagnosis was made without ever looking at the car.  Amateurs vs professionals is all I can say.

Wow, I am very impressed!  I was looking for another Pre-Owned Jaguar to replace my XJ.  I have been looking online for several months & became interested in the XF.  Everything that I have read online about the Jenkins Dealership is right on the mark.  I found what I wanted: right vehicle, right color, right mileage, right price... everything.  Purchasing a Pre-Owned vehicle from Jenkins was do I dare say "easy"? I am very particular as I am sure are all Jaguar owners & am very loyal to the brand so I am looking forward to working with Jenkins on my future purchases & will highly recommend them to my friends!

I had the Mina REAR Lowering Springs installed today at Jenkins Volvo-Jaguar (Milwaukee, WI) and the results are very Satisfactory.

The height of the Rear Arch to Ground is now identical to the front dimension. The rear sits about 1.25" Lower than before.

The clearance between the top of the Tire and the Arch is actually 1/4" less at the Rear than at the Front now (but, of course, the rear tire is slightly greater in diameter than the Front).

The Ride Stiffness is Unchanged. The Mina Springs are "Progressive" and will stiffen at High Vehicle Loads.
